中医骨伤治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察中医骨伤治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果,为有效治疗颈椎病提供参考方案。方法选取聊城市茌平区人民医院2018年10月—2019年4月收治的68例患神经根型颈椎病患者开展课题研究,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各34例,对照组患者给予西医治疗,观察组患者采取中医骨伤治疗,观察比较两组临床疗效及疾病症状缓解情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者临床治疗总有效率为94.12%,明显高于对照组患者的67.65%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者疼痛缓解时间、肌肉障碍消失时间为(3.03±0.42)和(5.24±1.58)d,均短于对照组患者的(5.88±1.17)和(7.89±1.30)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对神经根型颈椎病患者采用中医骨伤治疗,可以有效缓解患者因疾病所致不适及疼痛感受,促进患者疾病康复,临床治疗效果明显,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine bone injury in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,in order to provide the reference scheme for the effective treatment of cervial spondylosis.Methods A total of 68 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy treated in Liaocheng Chiping District People’s Hospital from October 2018 to April 2019 were carried out subject research.They were divided into observation group and control group with 34 cases in each group,according to random number table method.The patients in the control group were treated with western medicine,and the patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine bone injury.The clinical efficacy and remission of disease symptoms between the two groups were observed and compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 94.12%,which was significantly higher than 67.65%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain relief time and muscle disorder disappearance time in the observation group were(3.03±0.42)and(5.24±1.58)days,which were shorter than those in the control group with(5.88±1.17)days and(7.89±1.30)days,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,the treatment of bone injury with traditional Chinese medicine could effectively alleviate the discomfort and pain caused by the disease,and promote the disease rehabilitation of patients.The clinical treatment effect was obvious,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
