摘　　要：河北新欣园能源股份有限公司为减少甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)内浮顶储罐罐顶油气挥发量,对MTBE储罐进行更换浮盘和罐顶安全附件的一系列改造。改造完成后能够减少油气挥发,满足安全环保的排放要求,实现了储罐VOC达标排放,同时降低油气挥发能够减少损耗,实现节能增效目的。In order to reduce the volatilization of methyl tert-butyl ether(MTBE) floating top storage tank, Xinxinyuan Enery-technolgy Developing Company Ltd. has carried out a series of renovation to replace the floating plate and tank top safety accessories.After the renovation, it can reduce the volatilization of oil and gas, meet the emission requirements of safety and environmental protection, and realize the VOC emission standard of the storage tank.At the same time, reducing oil and gas volatilization can reduce loss and achieve the energy conservation and efficiency.
