摘 要:海上风电市场的迅猛发展,给海底电力电缆(海缆)提供了广阔市场。相对于陆地电力电缆(陆缆),海缆的应用环境更为严苛,对海缆防腐涂覆用沥青材料提出了更高要求。通过比较不同标准的沥青技术指标的差异,指出了海缆防腐涂覆用沥青材料的技术指标要求及其对海缆性能的影响。对比了业内现用的海缆防腐涂覆用沥青材料的技术指标和使用性能。由此建议尽快更新海缆产品标准,使其符合NB/SH/T 0001—2019标准中相关条款的沥青技术要求,以提升国产海缆的质量要求和产品品质。The rapid development of offshore wind power market provides a vast market for submarine power cables.Compared with the terrestrial power cable,the application environment of submarine cable is more severe,which puts forward higher requirements for asphalt materials for anticorrosive coating of submarine cable.By comparing the differences of technical indexes of asphalt in different standards,the requirements of technical indexes of asphalt for anticorrosive coating of submarine cable and its influence on the performance of submarine cable are pointed out.The technical indexes and performance of the asphalt used in the industry for anticorrosive coating of submarine cables are compared.Therefore,it is suggested that the submarine cable product standard should be updated as soon as possible to meet the asphalt technical requirements of NB/SH/T 0001—2019 standard,so as to improve the quality requirements and product quality of domestic submarine cables.
