摘  要:针对-100~100℃的工作温度要求,研制出一种紧包结构耐高低温高强度光缆。按照光缆通用规范测试了光缆长周期温度循环和机械性能,并进行了高温下强度试验。试验结果表明:光缆在长周期温度循环试验过程中,低温下的衰减常数相比于氟塑料缓冲层光缆有明显改善,随着循环次数的增加,光纤衰减常数变化趋势平缓;设计的光缆具有较好的机械性能,光缆破断力随着温度增加而明显降低。For satisfying the operating temperature of-100~100℃,a temperature resistant and high-strength optical cable with tight buffer structure is developed.According to the general specification of optical cable,the long period temperature cycling and mechanical properties of optical cable are tested,and the strength at high temperature is performed.The experiment results show that the attenuation of the optical cable at low temperature is obvious improved compared with that of the optical cable with fluoroplastic buffer layer during the long period temperature cycling test,and the attenuation value of the optical fiber changes gently with the increase of cycling times.The optical cable has good mechanical properties,and the broken force of the optical cable decreases significantly with the temperature increasing.
