摘　　要：城市轨道交通牵引供电环网系统采用小电阻接地的运行方式,使得系统单相短路故障电流高达1000A以上。为了确保地铁35kV中压电缆的允许短路电流满足系统要求,对电缆原有的金属屏蔽结构进行了改进。地铁35kV中压电缆用于牵引变电站供电,大部分敷设于区间隧道,为了确保供电系统的安全运行,对电缆原有的结构和燃烧性能进行了提升。由此,成功研发了城市轨道交通专用B_(1)级环网电缆。该电缆通过采用铜丝疏绕结构金属屏蔽层,当铜丝屏蔽截面不小于16mm^(2)时,即可满足3000A、1s的单相短路故障电流设计容量;采用在50kW热源辐射下热释放速率峰值可以控制在80kW/m^(2)以下且具有较好的炭化结壳特性的B1级环网电缆专用内护套料和外护套料,电缆燃烧等级达到B1级,一旦出现火灾事故,在燃烧开始后12min内,电缆的产烟和产热均可控。The operation mode of small resistance grounding is adopted in the traction power supply loop network system of urban rail transit,which makes the single-phase short-circuit fault current of the system more than 1000 A.In order to ensure that the permissible short-circuit current of subway 35 kV medium-voltage cable can meet the system requirements,the original metal shielding structure of the cable is improved.The subway 35 kV mediumvoltage cable is used for traction substation power supply,most of which are laid in the interval tunnel.In order to ensure the safe operation of the power supply system,the original structure and combustion performance of the cable are improved.As a result,class B_(1) ring network cable for urban rail transit is successfully developed.The cable adopts metal shielding layer of copper wire sparse winding structure.When the shielding section of copper wire is not less than 16 mm^(2),the cable can meet the design capacity of 3000 A,1 ssingle-phase short-circuit fault current.The cable adopts class B1 special inner and outer sheath materials for loop network cable,which can control the heat release rate peak value less than 80 kW/m^(2) under the radiation of 50 kW heat source and have good carbonization and crusting characteristics.The combustion class of the cable reaches B_(1).Once the fire accident occurs,the smoke and heat production of the cable can be controlled within 12 minutes after the combustion starts.
