摘 要:利用电化学阻抗谱和阴极极化曲线两种方法,研究了X80钢在“西气东输二线”沿线河南伊川土壤模拟溶液中的阴极保护电位,并对两种结果进行了对比。结果表明:这两种方法均可以确定阴极保护极限电位,且具有较好的一致性。通过拟合电荷传递电阻与电位关系曲线,得到X80钢的阴极保护极限保护电位为-1007~-753 mV;通过阴极极化曲线拟合,得到X80钢的阴极保护极限保护电位为-1006~-753 mV。Using the two methods of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and cathodic polarization curve,the cathodic protection potential of X80 steel in the soil simulation solution of Yichuan,Henan along the“West-East Gas Pipeline”was studied,and the two results were compared.The results showed that these two methods could determine the cathodic protection limit potential,and the results were in good agreement.By fitting the curve of charge transfer resistance vs potential,the cathodic protection limit potential of X80 steel was-1007~-753 mV;by fitting the cathodic polarization curve,the cathodic protection limit potential of X80 steel was-1006~-753 mV.
