摘　　要：针对技能竞赛与专业建设双轨运行存在的问题,提出建设高水平专业的途径:“以赛促学、以赛促教、以赛促建、以赛促改”,技能竞赛与专业建设有机融合,推进建立“双师型”师资团队,改善实训条件,最终实现技能竞赛与专业建设共同发展。In view of the skills competition and the problems existing in the professional construction double-track operation,put forward the construction of high level professional way:"in order to promote learning,in order to promote teaching and to promote change,to promote",let the skills competition and organic integration of professional construction,promote to establish the"double type"teachers team,improve the training condition,finally realize the skills competition and common development of specialty con⁃struction.
