摘  要:热处理强化铝合金在焊接过程中易发生接头软化现象,给结构设计带来一系列问题。文中基于全场应变测量系统,采用数字图像相关(DIC)技术,从宏观和微观2个角度对6N01铝合金焊接接头拉伸应变分布进行全场测定,得出其在拉伸过程中的真实应力应变曲线,分析其软化机理。结果表明,软化现象主要集中在热影响区,其软化行为与第二相粒子析出以及尺寸大小相关。The joint softening phenomenon is easy to occur in the welding process of heat treatment strengthened aluminum alloy, which brings a series of problems to the structural design. In this paper, based on the full-field strain measurement system, digital image correlation(DIC) technology was used to measure the tensile strain distribution of 6N01 aluminum alloy welded joint from both macroscopic and microscopic perspectives. The real stress-strain curve during the tensile process was obtained and the softening mechanism was analyzed. The results showed that the softening phenomenon was mainly concentrated in the heat-affected zone, and the softening behavior was related to the precipitation and size of the second phase particles.
