摘　　要：目的 对2015-2018年佛山市高明区恙虫病发病特点进行系统性分析,为恙虫病防控提供科学依据。方法 利用疾病监测信息报告管理系统的监测数据,以及医疗机构诊断为恙虫病的住院病例资料,对高明区恙虫病发病特点进行统计分析。结果 高明区2015-2018年共诊断和报告恙虫病病例163例,年均发病率为9.45/10万,高于广东省平均发病水平;发病时间集中分布在6-11月,农村地区发病率高于城镇,病例以50~65岁组为主;所有病例均出现发热,97.55%病例发现特异性焦痂,部分病例存在白细胞升高、血小板和血红蛋白下降、生化酶类升高及炎症指标升高等不同程度异常。结论 高明区恙虫病发病存在明显的季节性,农村劳动者和中老年人群是高危人群,罹患恙虫病极大可能会出现单系统或多系统损害症状。建议开展针对性的防控措施以提高对恙虫病早发现、早诊断、早报告、早治疗的能力。Objective To analyze the incidence characteristics of scrub typhus in Gaoming district, Foshan city from 2015 to 2018, which will provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of scrub typhus. Methods The incidence characteristics of scrub typhus in Gaoming district were analyzed based on the data of scrub typhus collected from "China Prevention and Control Information System" and medical institutions in Gaoming district from 2015 to 2018. Results A total of 163 cases of scrub typhus were diagnosed and reported in Gaoming district from 2015 to 2018, with an average annual incidence of 9.45 per 100 000, which was higher than the average incidence in Guangdong province. The cases were concentrated from June to November. The incidence in rural areas was higher than that in urban areas. The cases were mainly people at the age of 50-65 years;all cases had fever, and most of the cases(97.55%) had specific eschar during physical examination. The results of medical and technical examinations in some cases were abnormal in varying degrees. Conclusion Scrub typhus is an obvious seasonality disease in Gaoming district. Rural laborers and the elderly people are high-risk groups. Scrub typhus is likely to have a single system or multiple systems damage. In order to improve the ability of early detection, early diagnosis, early reporting, and early treatment of scrub typhus,targeted prevention and control measures should be carried out.
