摘 要:6061铝合金在热乳过程中发生了动态回复和动态再结晶,消耗了一部分储能,使其在后续退火过程中无法达到完全再结晶状态。为制备6061-0铝合金中厚板,对不同终轧温度的6061铝合金板材进行退火。结果表明:终轧温度较低(不大于300℃)的板材在360℃~400℃退火即可达到О态力学性能;而终轧温度较高(381℃)的板材其强度随着退火温度的升高先显著下降,在退火温度为450℃达到最低值后开始明显上升。这是由于终轧温度较高的板材再结晶驱动力不足,且可热处理强化铝合金高温退火过程中还会发生淬火效应,其强化效果大于再结晶软化效果。The 6061 aluminum alloy underwent dynamic recovery and dynamic recrystallization during the hot rolling process,which consumed a part of the storage energy,so it could not achieve a fully recrystallized state in the subsequent annealing process.In order to prepare 6061-Al aluminum alloy plates,the 6061 A1 alloy plates with different finishing rolling temperatures were annealed.The results show that the plate with a lower finishing temperature(≤300℃)can be annealed at 360℃-400℃to achieve the 0 state properties,while the strength of the plate with a higher finishing temperature(381℃)first decreases significantly with the increase of the annealing temperature.After the annealing temperature reaches the lowest value at 450℃,it begins to rise obviously.The reason is that the plate with a higher finishing temperature has insufficient driving force for recrystallization,and the quench effect can occur to the heat-treatable aluminum alloy during the high temperature annealing process,and its strengthening effect is greater than the recrystallization softening effect.
