摘 要:煤矿石油以及相关的钢铁加工制造过程都是易燃易爆的环境,企业在生产加工的过程中对于自动化的需求较高,因此加工过程中对于防爆电机的选型和维护成为了加工工艺的核心所在,同时也是系统运行稳定的前提。为了最大限度的保证生产的安全稳定运行,必须定期进行故障分析排查和设备保养,对此从防爆电机的基本运行原理角度出发,综合探析了设备运行的基本结构,同时结合着实际案例探讨了相关设备维修以及故障诊断分析的相关做法及方案,为横向的一线工程实践提供参考。Both the coal oil and the related steel manufacturing process are the flammable and explosive high-risk industries.The core characteristics of enterprises in production process is very high automatic demands,so the type selection and maintenance of explosion-proof motor in manufacturing process has become the key of technological processing and the fundamental premise of stable operation.In order to guarantee maximally the safe and stable production,the regular fault analysis and troubleshooting as well as the equipment maintenance are the basic measures adopted in good operation of explosion-proof motor.Starting from the basic operation principle of explosion-proof motor,this paper analyzes comprehensively the basic structure of equipment operation,and explores simultaneously the relevant methods and schemes of equipment maintenance and fault diagnosis analysis combined with practical cases.It provides the references for horizontal front-line engineering practice.
