摘　　要：“绿风内障”为中医眼科急症之一,该病名首见于北宋《太平圣惠方》。自秦汉时期萌芽以来,历代医家对本病的命名和认识各不相同,但都围绕瞳神散大、视力急降、瞳神淡绿等症状特点展开记述。从《太平圣惠方》明确提出“绿风内障”的病名,并较为系统总结病机治法,后世医家在此基础上不断进行深化和发展,极大拓展了中医眼科对本病的系统认识和预防治疗方法。直至新中国成立后,“绿风内障”成为眼科专业名词,并一直沿用至今。本文通过对“绿风内障”中医古今文献进行归纳整理,溯其源流,概括总结各医家对本病的认识,供读者参考。Green wind glaucoma is one of the ophthalmic emergencies of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The term of the disease first appeared in the"Taiping Shenghui Fang"in the Northern Song Dynasty.The doctors of different dynasties have different names and cognitions of this disease since the beginning of the Qin and Han dynasties,but they all describe the characteristics of symptoms such as dilated pupil,sharp drop of vision,light green pupil and so on.After the name of Green wind glaucoma was clarified in"Taiping Shenghui Fang"and systematically summarized the pathogenesis and treatment methods,later generations of doctors continued to deepen and develop on this basis.It greatly expand the systematic understanding and prevention and treatment methods of the disease in the department of ophthalmology of Traditional Chinese Medicine.After the founding of The People’s Republic of China,Green wind glaucoma became a consensus term for ophthalmology,and it has been used ever since.This paper summarizes the ancient and modern literature of Chinese medicine through the Green wind glaucoma,traces its origin,summarizes the cognitive and therapeutic characteristics of each medical writer’s thesis on the disease,and makes reference to the readers.
