摘  要:碳纤维复合材料具有重量轻、抗断裂、耐腐蚀、耐磨性好等优越特性,被广泛应用于汽车制造、航空航天和军用制品等领域,但同时该材料的硬度高且各向异性及层间强度低,采用传统机械加工时易产生毛刺、分层等损伤,对此综述了激光切割碳纤维复合材料的特点、表面质量及影响因素,总结了该技术在工艺优化、理论仿真方面的研究进展,同时指出了相关研究中存在的问题,并对该技术发展趋势进行了展望。Carbon fiber reinforced plastics(CFRP)are widely used in automobile manufacturing,aerospace and military products due to its excellent mechanical properties such as light weight,excellent fracture resistance,corrosion resistance and wear resistance.However,because of high hardness,anisotropy and low interlayer strength characteristics,there are many problems to cut the CFRP for the traditional mechanical processing technology such as interlaminar tearing,fiber pull-out and burrs etc.In this paper,based on the problems for the traditional processing methods,summarized the characteristics of laser cutting CFRP and cutting quality influence factors,summed up the research progress of cutting parameters optimization and numerical simulation.The problems of CFRP laser cutting was summarized,and the developing trend of the technology of CFRP laser cutting was prospected.
