摘　　要：经济适用房、公共租赁房是重大的民生工程。本文以上海为例,讨论经济适用房及公共租赁房对比商品房,在设计规定上的酌情放宽,探讨在设计政策层面上,如何兼顾这两类住宅的经济性和实用性。Economically affordable housing and public rental housing are the major people’s livelihood projects.This article takes Shanghai as an example,discusses the design regulations of economically affordable housing and public rental housing in relation with commercial housing,and explores how to given considerations to the economics and practicality of these two types of housing on the design policy level.
