摘　　要：绿色建筑作为施工项目的主要类型,是提升项目施工质量,改善人居环境的有效举措。为确保绿色建筑项目施工活动的稳步开展,强化施工质量、施工成本、施工进度的统筹兼顾能力,文章在掌握现有工程项目管理模式的基础上,逐步调整管理思路,优化管理模式,推动绿色建筑项目施工活动的顺利进行。As the main type of construction projects,green building is an effective measure to improve the construction quality of the project and improve the living environment.In order to ensure the steady development of the construction activities of green building projects and strengthen the ability of overall consideration of construction quality,construction cost and construction progress,the article gradually adjusts the management ideas,optimizes the management mode,and promotes smooth construction activities of green building project on the basis of mastering the existing project management mode.
