摘 要:在我国近些年经济迅猛发展的历史背景下,人们对建筑舒适性的要求越来越高。我国建筑行业发展的速度越来越高,尤其是城市建设不断推进,为了节约城市土地资源,很多大型高层建筑不断拔地而起,随之而来的是存在着很多资源浪费的问题。研究发现,公共建筑的耗电量是居民住宅的十几倍,而且大型公共建筑的建设脚步还没有停歇,对于电能等资源的消耗将更为严重并造成更多的浪费,因此,公共建筑的能源节约迫在眉睫。Under the historical background of China’s rapid economic development in recent years,people’s requirements for building comfort areincreasing.The development speed of China’s construction industry is higher,especially the continuous advancement of urban construction.In order to save urban land resources,many large high-rise buildings continue to rise,and accordingly there are many problems of resourcewaste.The power consumption of public buildings is reported to be more than ten times that of residential buildings,and the construction of large public buildings has not stopped,the consumption of resources such as electricity will be more serious and cause more waste.Therefore,energy conservation of public buildings is imminent.
