摘　　要：房屋建筑工程是一项庞大的工程,其施工工序繁多、施工内容复杂,并且施工过程中存在较多的因素会对工程的施工进度与施工质量形成影响,而施工总进度的管理与协调作为房屋建筑工程的两项重要管理内容,其旨在推动建筑工程保质保量、如期完工,建筑企业只有从实际出发,做好施工现场进度管理与协调,才能实现这一工程建设目标,避免工期延误及质量问题的出现。本文以此为出发点,就房屋建筑工程施工总进度的协调与管理展开论述,希望能够为房建工程的建设提供一定的参考价值。The housing construction project is a huge project with many construction procedures and complex construction contents,and there are many factors in the construction process that will affect the construction progress and construction quality of the project.The management and coordination of the overall construction progress are two important management contents of housing construction projects,and are aimed at promoting the completion on schedule of construction projects while ensuring the quality and quantity.Only by starting from the practice and doing a good job in the management and coordination of the construction site progress,construction companies can achieve this project construction goal,and avoid delays in the construction period and quality problems.Given this,this article discusses the coordination and management of the overall progress of housing construction projects,hoping to provide a certain reference value for the construction of housing construction projects.
