摘 要:按照榆钢复产方案及优化方案,进行了烧结杯试验及烧结矿冶金性能试验、高炉炉料结构冶金性能试验研究。试验结果表明:烧结矿R=1.80倍时,榆钢复产方案烧结矿较本部方案烧结矿转鼓指数高1.25个百分点,成品率高4.34个百分点,利用系数高0.19t/(m^(2)·h);优化方案1、方案2、方案3低温还原粉化率RDI(+3.15mm)分别为72.06%,71.81%,74.38%,低于本部烧结矿低温还原粉化率RDI(+3.15mm)指标92.42%;榆钢复产方案综合炉料软化区间较本部综合炉料宽15℃,熔滴区间榆钢较本部宽10℃,软化开始温度榆钢较本部低94℃,还有继续优化、调整的空间。According to the reproduction scheme and optimization scheme of Yuzhong Iron&Steel Company,the sintering cup test,the metallurgical performance test of sinter and blast furnace charge structure are carried out.The test results show that when the sinter r is 1.80 times,the drum index of sinter in the reproduction scheme is 1.25 percentage points higher than that of the headquarter scheme,the yield is 4.34 percentage points higher and the utilization coefficient is 0.19t/(m^(2)·h)higher;The RDI(+3.15mm)of low-temperature reduction pulverization rate of optimized scheme 1,scheme 2 and scheme 3 are 72.06%,71.81%and 74.38%respectively,which are lower than that of headquarter 92.42%;The softening range of the comprehensive burden in the reproduction scheme is 15℃wider than that of the headquarter,the melting drop range is 10℃wider than that of the headquarter and the softening starting temperature is 94℃lower than that of the headquarter,which still can be optimized and adjusted further.
