摘  要:酒钢本部高炉由于生产条件逐步劣化,入炉有害元素居高不下,各高炉通过调轻焦炭负荷,降低有害元素对焦炭骨架的破坏,保证炉况稳定,过去十年高炉焦比逐步上升,并稳定在较高水平,造成燃料成本上升。通过以煤代焦,在燃料比稳定的情况下,逐步降低入炉焦比,取得了明显效果,成本降低效果显著。Due to the gradual deterioration of production conditions in the blast furnace in JISCO,the harmful elements entering the blast furnace remain more.By reducing the coke load in each blast furnace,the damage to the coke skeleton of the harmful elements was reduced and the furnace condition was guaranteed to be stable.In the past 10 years,the coke ratio of blast furnace has gradually increased and stabilized at a high level,resulting in an increase in fuel cost.By substituting coal for coke,under the condition of the stable fuel ratio,the coke ratio was gradually reduced,obvious effects have been achieved and the cost reduction effect was remarkable.
