摘　　要：目的:评价基于互联网的脑卒中患者康复护理模式的应用效果。方法:采用方便抽样的方法,选取2020年9月至2021年4月我院神经内科收治的初诊脑卒中患者作为研究对象,以2020年9月—12月收治的57例患者为对照组,2021年1月—4月收治的57例患者为实验组。对照组采取常规康复护理模式,实验组在对照组基础上采取基于互联网的康复护理模式。比较两组患者锻炼依从性、运动功能、日常生活活动能力及生活质量评分。结果:实验组在患者出院后3个月、出院后6个月时的锻炼依从性、运动功能、日常生活活动能力及生活质量方面评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于互联网的康复护理模式能有效提高脑卒中患者的锻炼依从性,促进运动功能的恢复,提高患者日常生活活动能力,并有效改善其生活质量。Objective:To evaluate the effects of applying internet-based management rehabilitation nursing mode in stroke patients.Methods:The patients admitted to the Department of Neurology from September 2020 to April 2021 were recruited.They were divided into different groups according to the order of admission,with 57 patients admitted from September to December 2020 as control group,who received routine rehabilitation nursing,and 57 patients admitted from January to April 2021 as intervention group,who received internet-based management rehabilitation nursing mode on the basis of the control group.Exercise compliance,motor function,ability of daily living and quality of life score were compared between two groups.Results:The improvement of exercise compliance,motor function,daily living ability and quality of life in the intervention group were significantly better than those in the control group at 3 months and 6 months after discharge(P<0.05).Conclusion:The internet-based management rehabilitation nursing mode effectively improve the exercise compliance,promote the recovery of motor function,enhance their ability of daily living,and effectively improve their quality of life,which is worthy of clinical application.
