摘　　要：对应用中药湿热敷技术改善中风患者痉挛、缓解疼痛的临床研究进行了总结,阐述了中药湿热敷技术操作中影响中风患者肢体功能恢复效果的因素,为提高我国中风患者肢体功能康复护理中使用中药湿热敷技术的规范性、安全性和有效性提供参考。This paper summarizes the clinical effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine hot-wet compress on improving spasm and relieving pain in stroke patients,combs the basis for the standardization and safety of clinical use of Traditional Chinese Medicine hot-wet compress,and expounds the influencing factors affecting the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine hot-wet compress on the recovery of limb function in stroke patients.It provides a reference for the Traditional Chinese Medicine hot-wet compress technology used in the rehabilitation nursing of stroke limb function in China.
