摘　　要：目的:分析湖南省失能或半失能老年人家属对“互联网+护理服务”的知晓、意愿及需求情况。方法:自行设计问卷,采用多阶段抽样方法调查湖南省368名失能或半失能老年人家属对“互联网+护理服务”的知晓、意愿及需求情况。结果:207名(56.3%)家属知晓“互联网+护理服务”;327名(88.9%)家属愿意预约“互联网+护理服务”;可照护者人数、家庭月收入、距离居住地最近的医院等级不同,对不同类别“互联网+护理服务”的需求不同(P<0.05)。结论:“互联网+护理服务”在失能或半失能老年人家属中知晓率处于中等水平,接受服务意愿及需求较高,建议加大对“互联网+护理服务”的宣传力度,有针对性地满足失能或半失能老年人家属的服务需求,为其解决后顾之忧。Objective:To analyze the needs of disabled or semi-disabled elderly people’s family members in Hunan province on"Internet+Nursing Service".Methods:A self-designed questionnaire was employed to survey the awareness,willingness and needs of 368 family members of elderly people with disability or semi-disability in Hunan province by using multi-stage sampling method.Results:A total of 207 family members(56.3%)had heard of"Internet+Nursing Service";327 cases(88.9%)of family members were willing to make an appointment for"Internet+Nursing Service".Number of caregivers,monthly family income,the nearest hospital of patients family were influence factors of"Internet+Nursing Service"services needs(P<0.05).Conclusion:Among the disabled or semi-disabled elderly people’s family members,the awareness of"Internet+Nursing Service"was at a medium level,the willingness and demand for services were high.It is recommended to increase the publicity of"Internet+Nursing Service"services to meet the service needs of the families of elderly people with disability or semi-disability.
