摘　　要：目的:评价社区护理信息化管理平台在失能老人居家服务中的应用效果。方法:通过文献检索、专家咨询和现场访谈了解社区失能老人的护理需求,构建由5大模块组成的社区护理信息化管理平台。2020年5月至2021年4月使用该平台对辖区内失能老人开展居家服务,比较平台应用前后居家护理工作量、服务对象满意度及医疗废物回收情况。结果:2020年5月至2021年4月平台完成172名失能老人居家评估与随访,完成居家护理433人次,日常随访486人次。服务对象满意度、医疗废物的回收率均高于使用平台前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区护理信息化管理平台可为失能老人提供系统、规范、安全、优质的居家护理服务,有助于提升社区护理水平。Objective:To evaluate the effects of community nursing information management platform in home service for disabled elderly people.Methods:Through literature review,expert consultation and on-site interview,the care needs of the disabled elderly people in the community were assessed.The community nursing information management platform consisting of 5 modules were set up.From May 2020 to April 2021,the platform was used to provide door to door service for the disabled elderly people in our community.The data of the services needed,the satisfaction of the elderly people and the treatment of medical waste were analyzed.Results:Home assessment and follow-up services of 172 disabled elderly people were completed.Totally 433 times of home care services and 486 times of daily follow-up were completed.The satisfaction rate of home service and the recycle rate of medical waste were higher than those before using the platform,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Community nursing information management platform can provide systematic,standardized,safe and high-quality home nursing services for the disabled elderly people.It can enhance the level of community care as well.
