摘　　要：从心脏康复远程随访的必要性与可行性、数字化工具的使用、时机、内容、团队建设及质量评价等方面综述了心脏康复远程随访的研究进展,为发挥远程随访的优势,促进患者有效心脏康复的参与和完成提供参考与借鉴。This paper reviews the research progress of remote follow-up of cardiac rehabilitation from the aspects of necessity and possibility,use of digital tools,timing,content,team building and quality evaluation,in order to provide reference for giving full play to the advantages of remote follow-up and promoting the participation and completion of effective cardiac rehabilitation.
