摘　　要：髓过氧化物酶(myeloperoxidase,MPO)是一种血红素蛋白,存在于髓系细胞(主要是中性粒细胞和单核细胞)的嗜天青颗粒中,是髓系细胞的特异性标志,在宿主防御感染中起重要作用。近年来研究发现,MPO不仅表达于急性髓系白血病,还可表达于淋巴造血系统中其他疾病,例如慢性粒细胞白血病、骨髓增生异常综合征、髓系肉瘤、急性淋巴细胞白血病、淋巴母细胞性淋巴瘤、组织细胞坏死性淋巴结炎等。该文主要阐述MPO在淋巴造血系统疾病中的表达,探讨其在疾病诊断和鉴别诊断中的意义。Myeloperoxidase(MPO) is a hemeprotein that exists in the azurophilic granules of myeloid cells(mainly neutrophils and monocytes). It is a specific marker of myeloid cells and plays an important role in host defense against infection.Recent studies have found that MPO is not only expressed in acute myeloid leukemia, but also in other diseases of the lymphatic hematopoietic system, such as chronic myeloid leukemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, myeloid sarcoma, acute lymphoblastic leukemia, lymphoblastic lymphoma,histiocytic necrotizing lymphadenitis, etc. This article mainly expounds the expression of MPO in lymphatic hematopoietic diseases, and discusses its significance in disease diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
