摘　　要：基层供销合作社在中国共产党的领导下已经有了近百年的历史。深化基层供销合作社综合改革有助于实现乡村振兴的总要求。但基层供销合作社仍然存在经营基础薄弱、综合服务能力不强以及制度安排不完善等问题,严重削弱了基层供销合作社促进乡村振兴的能力。应建立健全资产管理制度、创新经营方式和丰富经营业态以夯实基层供销合作社经营基础,为促进乡村振兴奠定基石;创新基层供销合作社“三位一体”综合合作模式和运营管理模式,为促进乡村振兴创造条件;革新产权制度、完善治理结构及健全分配制度以完善基层供销合作社制度体制,为促进乡村振兴提供制度保障。Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,grassroots supply and marketing cooperatives have a history of nearly a century.Deepening the comprehensive reform of grassroots supply and marketing cooperatives helps to achieve the general requirements of rural revitalization.However,grassroots supply and marketing cooperatives still have problems such as weak management foundation,weak comprehensive service capabilities and imperfect institutional arrangements,which seriously weaken the ability of grassroots supply and marketing cooperatives to promote rural revitalization.In order to resolve the problems,it is necessary to establish a sound management system,innovate business methods and business formats to consolidate the business foundation of grassroots supply and marketing cooperatives,and lay the foundation for promoting rural revitalization;to innovate the"trinity"comprehensive cooperation mode and operation management mode of grassroots supply and marketing cooperatives,and create conditions for promoting rural revitalization;to reform the property rights system,governance structure and distribution system of grassroots supply and marketing cooperatives to improve the system and provide institutional guarantee for promoting rural revitalization.
