喉罩麻醉与气管插管麻醉在小儿腹腔镜腹股沟斜疝手术中的比较分析

摘　　要：目的:分析在为小儿腹股沟斜疝(pediatric oblique inguinal hernia,POIH)患儿实施腹腔镜手术治疗的过程中,喉罩麻醉与气管插管麻醉的临床应用效果与价值。方法:本次实验研究的100例对象随机选取本院于2019年1月~2020年12月收治的接受腹腔镜手术治疗的POIH患儿,根据入院先后顺序的不同分为A组(50例,喉罩麻醉)与B组(50例,气管插管麻醉)。结果:患儿入室时各项血流动力学指标无明显差异,P>0.05;其余各个时间段两组患儿血流动力学指标与气道峰压、气道密闭压差异显著,P<0.05。A组患儿睁眼、拔管、完全清醒时间与并发症发生率与B组患儿差异显著,P<0.05。结论:喉罩麻醉属于接受腹腔镜手术治疗POIH患儿的一种理想麻醉方式,其效果显著优于气管插管麻醉。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect and value of laryngeal mask anesthesia and tracheal intubation anesthesia in laparoscopic surgical treatment of pediatric oblique inguinal hernia(POIH).Methods:The 100 subjects of this experimental study were randomly selected from our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 who received laparoscopic surgery for POIH children,according to the order of the different admission can be divided into group A(50 cases,laryngeal mask anesthesia)and group B(50 cases,endotracheal intubation anesthesia).Results:There were no significant differences in hemodynamic indexes of the children when entering the room,P>0.05.There were significant differences in hemodynamic indexes,airway peak pressure and airway closed pressure between the two groups at other time periods(P<0.05).The time of eye opening,extubation,full consciousness and the incidence of complications in group A were significantly different from that in group B,P<0.05.Conclusion:Laryngeal mask anesthesia is an ideal anesthesia for POIH children undergoing laparoscopic surgery,and its effect is significantly better than tracheal intubation anesthesia.
