摘　　要：系统性红斑狼疮是一种慢性自身免疫性炎症疾病,以抗体和免疫复合物结合形成,介导器官和组织损伤,常表现为多系统受累。目前该疾病发病原因尚不清楚,暂被认为是由于人体免疫系统紊乱,受到异常激活后攻击自身器官组织,从而引发一系列临床症状,研究表明心血管系统是最容易受到累及的靶器官,晚期系统性红斑狼疮的主要致死原因也是心血管疾病,发生率和病死率近年来显著上升。超声成像是目前评价患者心血管疾病和功能的主要方法,这种无创可视化操作技术能够帮助医师判断心血管系统病理改变情况,为临床治疗提供依据。因此本文对于患者发生心血管系统病变的超声表现研究进展作一综述。Systemic lupus erythematosus is a chronic autoimmune inflammatory disease that is formed by the combination of antibodies and immune complexes,which mediate organ and tissue damage,and often manifests as multi-system involvement.At present,the cause of the disease is not clear.It is temporarily believed to be due to the disorder of the human immune system,which attacks one’s own organs and tissues after being abnormally activated,which triggers a series of clinical symptoms.The main cause of death in systemic lupus erythematosus is also cardiovascular disease,and the incidence and mortality rate have increased significantly in recent years.Ultrasound imaging is currently the main method for evaluating patients’cardiovascular diseases and functions.This non-invasive visual operation technology can help physicians judge the pathological changes of the cardiovascular system and provide a basis for clinical treatment.Therefore,this article reviews the research progress of ultrasound manifestations of patients with cardiovascular system diseases.
