Objective:To explore the diagnostic effect of 1.5T MRI in valvular heart disease.Methods:49 patients with valvular heart disease treated in our hospital in March 2019~August 2020 were studied,THE selected patient has signed an informed consent. Results:The diagnostic results obtained by GE1.5T magnetic resonance imaging and echocardiography were consistent. The selected patients were quantitatively analyzed by magnetic resonance imaging.Among them,14 patients were found to have aortic stenosis and aortic insufficiency. There are 21 patients with aortic stenosis. The maximum flow rate of patients with aortic stenosis can be 317.25~529.74cm/s,with an average of(411.29±17.46)cm/s.The maximum flow rate of patients with aortic stenosis diagnosed by echocardiography is 305.14~521.47cm/s,average(410.43±24.17)cm/s,there was no significant difference between the two methods(t=0.132,P>0.05).Conclusion:MRI is a more advanced technique,it’s rich in imaging sequence technology, and we can quantitatively evaluate valvular heart disease in many ways, and in terms of accuracy,it is suitable for clinical quantitative popularization. This paper also provides a theoretical reference for the diagnosis of valvular heart disease.
