125例初次放置爱母节育环女性的避孕效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析女性人流情况,观察节育妇女初次放置爱母节育环的避孕效果。方法:将2018年1月~2019年1月本院收治的250例初次有节育需求的健康妇女纳入研究,采用随机数字表法将250例妇女分为两组,观察组放置爱母节育环进行避孕(n=125),对照组放置T型宫内节育器进行避孕(n=125),经医院伦理委员会审核批准。比较2组受试妇女的干预效果,包括带器妊娠率、节育器脱落、取出率、不良反应发生率情况。结果:观察组和对照组妇女放置爱母节育环及T型宫内节育器后的带器妊娠率分别为0和7.20%,差异经检验具有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组妇女节育器脱落、取出率分别为1.60%和3.20%,对照组妇女节育器脱落、取出率分别为6.40%和10.40%,指标相互比较P<0.05;组间放置节育环后不良反应发生率比较,观察组不良反应发生率4.00%较对照组不良反应发生率12.80%明显更低,差异显著,P<0.05。结论:爱母节育环具有避孕效果确切,安全性高,不良反应少的特点,是女性有效避孕手段。Objective:To analyze the female abortion situation and observe the contraceptive effect of birth control women placing the mother-in-law birth control ring for the first time.Methods:250 healthy women with birth control needs for the first time admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were included in the study.The random number table method was used to divide the 250 women into two groups,and the observation group was placed on mother-in-law birth control.Contraception was performed in the ring(n=125),and the control group was placed with a T-type intrauterine device for contraception(n=125),which was reviewed and approved by the hospital ethics committee.The intervention effects of the two groups of women tested were compared,including the pregnancy rate with the device,the dropping rate of the IUD,the removal rate,and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results:The pregnancy rates of the women in the observation group and the control group after placing the mother-loving IUD and T-type IUD were 0 and 7.20%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05;The fall-off and removal rates of the women’s IUDs in the observation group were 1.60%and 3.20%,respectively,while the fall-off and removal rates of the women’s IUDs in the control group were 6.40%and 10.40%,respectively,P<0.05;The incidence of adverse reactions after placement of the IUD was compared between the groups.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.00%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group,which was 12.80%.The difference was significant and comparable,P<0.05.Conclusion:The mother-in-law birth control ring has a definite contraceptive effect,high safety,and few adverse reactions.It is an effective contraceptive method for women.
