内窥镜额部除皱合并传统切开法中下面部除皱术的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察内窥镜额部除皱合并传统切开法中下面部除皱术的疗效。方法:随机选择100例患者,均是于2019年3月~2020年3月在本院接受中下面部除皱术治疗的患者,随意分两组,包含合并组(50例)与单一组(50例),前者应用内窥镜额部除皱合并传统切开法,后者应用传统切开法,对比两组临床疗效、治疗满意度和并发症发生率。结果:合并组治疗有效率更高于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者术后不同时间点提眉距离差异均不显著,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。合并组患者满意评分均数为(3.64±0.43)、并发症产生3例、占比6.00%。单一组患者满意评分均数为(3.35±0.34)、并发症产生9例、占比18.00%。与单一组比较,合并组治疗满意度更高,并发症发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:内窥镜额部除皱合并传统切开法中下面部除皱术的疗效更明显,相比于应用传统切开法治疗的患者,治疗有效率更高,治疗满意度更高,并发症发生率更低。Objective:To observe the effect of endoscopic frontoplasty combined with traditional incision for middle and lower face.Methods:A total of 100 patients were randomly selected and randomly divided into two groups,including the combined group(50 cases)and the single group(50 cases).The former group received endoscopic frontal wrinkle combined with traditional incision,and the latter group received traditional incision.Clinical efficacy,treatment satisfaction and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the combination group was higher than that of the first group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in eyebrow lifting distance between 2 groups at different time points after operation(P>0.05).In the combined group,the mean of satisfaction score was(3.64±0.43),and complications occurred in 3 cases,accounting for 6.00%.In the single group,the mean of satisfaction score was(3.35±0.34),and complications occurred in 9 cases,accounting for 18.00%.Compared with the single group,the treatment satisfaction of the combined group was higher and the incidence of complications was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopic frontal wrinkle removal combined with traditional incision for middle and lower face wrinkle removal has more obvious curative effect.Compared with the patients treated by traditional incision,the treatment efficiency is higher,the treatment satisfaction is higher,and the complication rate is lower.
