流程优化在提高腹腔镜器械消毒灭菌质量中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析流程优化在腹腔镜器械消毒灭菌质量中的效果。方法:将2019年1月~2019年12月行常规管理的320件腹腔镜器械作为对照组,将2020年1月~2021年1月行流程优化管理的322件腹腔镜器械作为观察组,对比两组的消毒、灭菌效果、工作质量。结果:观察组消毒、灭菌合格率与对照组相比,明显更高(P<0.05);观察组的腹腔镜标识、清洗质量及器械清洗质量检查工作质量评分明显高于对照组。结论:在临床实践中,实施腹腔镜手术器械清洗消毒流程优化管理措施,可以有效提高腹腔镜手术器械的管理水平,为患者提供更好的医疗服务。Objective:To analyze the effect of process optimization in the quality of laparoscopic equipment disinfection and sterilization.Methods:The 320 laparoscopic instruments that were routinely managed from January 2019 to December 2019 were taken as the control group,and the 322 laparoscopic instruments that underwent process optimization management from January 2020 to January 2021 were taken as the observation group.The disinfection,sterilization effect and work quality of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the qualified rate of disinfection and sterilization in the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05);The quality scores of laparoscopic labeling,cleaning quality and instrument cleaning quality inspection in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.Conclusion:In clinical practice,the implementation of laparoscopic surgical instruments cleaning and disinfection process optimization management measures can effectively improve the management level of laparoscopic surgical instruments,and provide better treatment and nursing services for patients.
