摘  要:道路扫地机盘刷触地压力是影响清扫效果的主要因素,在作业路面起伏时能保持盘刷触地压力恒定是扫地机刷扫装置设计的重要内容。盘刷驱动装置与扫地机车身采用浮动连接,在盘刷底部设置万向轮,使万向轮安装轴与盘刷同轴且不随盘刷旋转,通过万向轮调节机构调整盘刷与地面的间距和触地压力。利用UG软件对装置进行运动仿真检验,并试制了样机。试验结果表明,在清扫作业时万向轮始终与地面接触,使盘刷能自动能跟随地面起伏而保持触地压力恒定,有效提高了扫地机在凹凸不平路面上的清扫效果。The contact pressure of the brush of the road sweeper is the main factor affecting the cleaning effect.It is an important content in the design of the sweeping device of the sweeper to keep the contact pressure of the brush constant when the working road surface fluctuates.The brush driving device is floating connected with the sweeper body.A universal wheel is set at the bottom of the brush so that the universal wheel mounting shaft is coaxial with the brush and does not rotate with the brush.The distance between the brush and the ground and the ground contact pressure are adjusted through the universal wheel adjustment mechanism.The motion simulation test of the device is carried out by using UG software,and the prototype is trial produced.The test results show that during the cleaning operation,the u-niversal wheel is always in contact with the ground,so that the brush can automatically follow the fluctuation of the ground and keep the ground contact pressure constant,which effectively improves the cleaning effect of the sweeper on the uneven road surface.
