降低卷烟储存输送系统中细支烟横烟频次的研究

摘　　要：为了解决卷烟储存输送系统中细支烟横烟的问题,根据烟支的输送方向,在生产中对横烟的次数进行统计并研究其机理,发现烟支分流器旁的横烟次数最多,进一步对烟支分流器进行设备优化,将细支烟分流装置所述导向板底部的一个直角结构设计成弧形底部挡板,使得细支烟在弧形结构受力处更加均匀,降低细支烟因受力不均而产生的歪斜、横烟,并对改进优化后的横烟次数进行统计分析,结果表明:卷烟储存输送系统中细支烟横烟频次明显降低。In order to solve the problem of cross smoke of fine cigarettes in the cigarette storage and transportation sys-tem,according to the transportation direction of cigarettes,the number of cross cigarettes in production is counted and its mechanism is studied.It is found that the number of cross cigarettes next to the cigarette diverter is the most,and the equipment of the cigarette diverter is further optimized,A right angle structure at the bottom of the guide plate of the fine cigarette shunting device is designed as an arc-shaped bottom baffle to make the fine cigarette more uniform at the stress position of the arc-shaped structure,reduce the skew and cross smoke of the fine cigarette due to uneven stress,and make a statistical analysis on the cross smoke times after improvement and optimization.The results show that the cross smoke frequency of the fine cigarette in the cigarette storage and transportation system is significantly reduced.
