摘　　要：针对目前工业现场存在的量具量仪的测量数据不便于观察,而生产现场缺乏外接式测量数据显示和超差报警设备等问题,通过电路设计和软件控制设计的方法,开发一种能够丰富测量方案,外接数据显示,实现数据上传功能的外接式数显量具显示仪。显示仪的壳体设置有磁性后板,壳体内设置有用于获取测量数据并进行计算的主控单元、数据显示单元、按键单元、超差声光报警单元、通讯单元和供电单元。经大量客户应用反馈,显示仪功能多样,能够兼容多种类型位移传感器的数据,可与用户的终端设备连接,提高了测量和加工效率。Industrial field at the present time the measuring instrument of measuring data is not convenient to observe,and lack of external manufacturing measuring data display and out-of-tolerance alarm equipment,through the control circuit design and software design method,the development of a rich can measure solution,external,according to data for data upload function of external display,digital display measuring tool.The shell of the display instrument is provided with a magnetic rear plate,and the shell is provided with the main control unit,data display unit,key unit,out-of-tolerance sound and light alarm unit,communication unit and power supply unit for obtaining and calculating the measurement data.After a large number of customer applications,the display has a variety of functions,compatible with a variety of displacement sensor data,can be connected with the user's terminal equipment,improve the measurement and processing efficiency.
