摘 要:快递作为实现商品双向流通的载体,在助推工业品下行、农产品上行的过程中扮演着极其重要的角色。文章通过梳理分析影响快递进村网点选址的各项因素,建立了基于AHP—熵权TOPSIS的选址决策模型。首先,从自然环境、基础设施、经济成本、市场环境、政策环境5个方面选取了15个评价指标,并结合层析分析法和熵权法确定指标的综合权重;其次,运用逼近理想解的TOPSIS法对备选点进行决策优选;最后,应用该模型对某工程实例的5个备选网点进行评价,充分验证了模型的科学性和实用性。As a carrier to realize the two-way circulation of commodities,express delivery plays an extremely important role in boosting the downward process of industrial products and the upward process of agricultural products.This paper analyzes various factors that affect the location of express delivery outlets in the village,and establishes a location decision model based on AHP-Entropy TOPSIS.First,15 evaluation indicators are selected from the five aspects of natural environment,infrastructure,economic cost,market environment,and policy environment,and combined tomographic analysis and entropy weight method to determine the comprehensive weight of the indicators;the TOPSIS method selects and selects the candidate points;finally,the model is used to evaluate the five candidate outlets of an engineering example,which fully verifies the scientificity and practicability of the model.
