芦草温半汤对NSCLC患者GP化疗期间脾胃不和的干预效果

摘　　要：目的研究芦草温半汤对非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者吉西他滨+顺铂(GP)化疗期间脾胃不和的干预效果。方法选取陕西省中医医院2020年1月至2021年1月收治的52例NSCLC化疗期间伴脾胃不和的患者为研究对象,以住院号作为分组依据,采用电脑抽签的方式将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组26例。对照组给予GP化疗方案,观察组在GP化疗期间增加芦草温半汤内服。比较两组的临床疗效、中医证候积分、胃肠激素指标、生活质量及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为96.15%,高于对照组的76.92%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的恶心呕吐、脘腹不适、胸闷心悸、大便不利积分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的GAS、SS、MOT水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的生理、心理、社会关系和环境评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论芦草温半汤对NSCLC患者GP化疗期间脾胃不和的干预效果良好,能改善患者的中医证候积分和胃肠道激素水平,提高生活质量,且治疗安全性良好,可为NSCLC脾胃不和患者的调理提供新方案。Objective To study the intervention effect of Lucao Wenban decoction on disharmony between spleen and stomach in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)during gemcitabine+cisplatin(GP)chemotherapy.Methods A total of 52 patients with disharmony between spleen and stomach during NSCLC chemotherapy treated in Shaanxi provincial hospital of Chinese medicine from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.Based on the hospitalization number,the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group by computer lottery,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was given GP chemotherapy scheme,and the observation group was given Lucao Wenban decoction during GP chemotherapy.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score,gastrointestinal hormone indexes,quality of life and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.15%,which was higher than 76.92%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of nausea and vomiting,epigastric discomfort,chest tightness,palpitation and adverse stool in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of GAS,SS and MOT in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of physiology,psychology,social relations and environment in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment,there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The Lucao Wenban decoction on disharmony between spleen and stomach in patients with NSCLC during GP chemotherapy has a good intervention effect.It can improve patients'TCM syndrome score and gastrointestinal hormon
