小金片联合亮丙瑞林对子宫内膜异位症患者性激素水平、血液流变学参数的调节作用

摘　　要：目的分析小金片联合亮丙瑞林对子宫内膜异位症患者性激素水平、血液流变学参数的调节作用。方法选取我院2019年7月至2020年9月收治的84例子宫内膜异位症患者为研究对象,根据用药方案不同将其分为单一组(42例,亮丙瑞林治疗)和协同组(42例,小金片联合亮丙瑞林治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,协同组的LH、FSH、E_(2)、P、T、PRL水平显著低于单一组(P<0.05)。治疗后,协同组的LBV、EAI、HCT显著低于单一组(P<0.05)。协同组的不良反应总发生率显著低于单一组(P<0.05)。治疗后,协同组的KMI评分显著低于单一组(P<0.05)。结论小金片联合亮丙瑞林治疗子宫内膜异位症患者可取得理想效果。Objective To analyze the regulation of Xiaojin tablet combined with leuprorelin on sex hormone levels and hemorheological parameters in patients with endometriosis.Methods A total of 84 patients with endometriosis treated in our hospital from July 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the study objects and divided into single group(42 cases,leuprorelin treatment)and collaborative group(42 cases,Xiaojin tablet combined with leuprorelin treatment)according to different drug regimens.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of LH,FSH,E_(2),P,T and PRL in the collaborative group were significantly lower than those in the single group(P<0.05).After treatment,LBV,EAI and HCT in the collaborative group were significantly lower than those in the single group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the collaborative group was significantly lower than that in the single group(P<0.05).After treatment,the KMI score in the collaborative group was significantly lower than that in the single group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaojin tablet combined with leuprorelin in the treatment of patients with endometriosis can achieve ideal effect.
