摘 要:导航设备作为海底节点地震采集的主要测量设备,传统的安装方式往往采用“船底式”、“收缩杆式”,设备如需更换、维护则需要船舶上坞进行操作,易造成经济成本的浪费。本文通过分析海底节点采集所涉及的导航设备采收信号工作原理,综合考虑不同设备的采集信号频率范围和影响因素,设计了一种集水下导航测量设备于一体的装置,将洋流仪、测深仪、声学二次定位、超短基线4种导航设备安装于同一声学杆集成探头内。声学杆安装于船舷一侧,满足船舶强度要求,采用“侧挂式”进行收放。同时将设有固定卡箍装置用于固定声学杆水下部分,以保证探头信号激发和接收的稳定性。最后将该装置应用于南海水域某海底节点地震采集项目,采集信号稳定,采收率较高。该设计装置的成功应用,避免了传统安装方式所造成的时间成本和经济成本的浪费。同时,降低了由于设备更换和维修所导致船舶上坞或者人员密闭空间作业的高风险性。Navigation equipment,as the main measuring equipment for seismic acquisition of submarine nodes,is often installed in a traditional way of“boat bottom”and“retractable rod”.Once the equipment needs to be replaced or repaired,the ship needs to dock for operation,which is easy to cause cost waste.In this paper,by analyzing the operational principle of navigation equipment in OBN field,and completely considering the frequency range and influencing factors of collected signals of different equipment,a device integrating underwater navigation and measurement equipment is designed,in which four navigation equipment,namely ocean current meter,sounder,acoustic secondary positioning and ultra-short baseline,are installed in the same acoustic rod integrated probe.The acoustic rod is installed on one side of the ship.To meet vessel strength specification,and is retracted and released by“side hanging”.On top of that,a fixed camp device is provided for fixing the underwater part of the acoustic rod to ensure the stability of signal excitation and reception.In the end,Applied in the South China Sea OBN seismic acquisition,the device demonstrated stable acquisition signal and high recovery ratio.The successful application of designed device avoids the waste of time cost and economic cost caused by traditional installation method.Meanwhile,the high risk of ship docking or personnel working in confined space caused by equipment replacement and maintenance is reduced.
