摘  要:分析了某炼油化工一体化工厂IGCC(整体煤气化联合循环)现有除盐水预处理装置老净化水站及高效纤维过滤器存在的问题,并提出了改进措施。对老净化水站的设备进行改造,使出水水质满足除盐水预处理装置的要求。对活性炭、超滤和反渗透3种除盐水预处理技术的特点和适用范围进行比较,根据比较结果,在高效纤维过滤器后、阳浮床前增设超滤装置。超滤装置出水浊度小于0.5 NTU,淤泥密度指数小于3,减少了浮床阳树脂的氧化降解和阴树脂的有机物污染,可以除去除盐水中70%以上的胶体硅,节省投资和运行费用,延长了化学水处理装置的运行周期,保证超高压蒸汽的二氧化硅含量符合要求,确保乙烯裂解压缩机蒸汽透平安全、高效运行。The existing problems of the old water purification station and high efficiency fiber filter of the existing demineralized water pretreatment unit of an integrated refining and chemical plant are analyzed, and put forward improvement measures. The equipment of the old purified water station is upgraded and modified so that the water quality of the effluent meets the requirements of the desalted water pretreatment equipment. The characteristics and applicable scope of three desalted water pretreatment technologies including activate carbon, ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis are compared. In accordance with that comparison result, ultrafiltration equipment is added after the high efficiency fiber filter and before the anode floating bed. The turbidity of the effluent of the ultrafiltration unit can be less than 0.5 NTU and SDI less than 3, which reduces the oxidative degradation of floating bed anode resin and organic pollution of cathode resin in floating bed. It can remove more than 70% of colloidal silica in demineralized water, save investment and operation cost, prolong the operation cycle of chemical water treatment equipment, and ensure the silica content of ultra-high pressure steam meets the requirements. The safe and efficient operation of the steam turbine of ethylene cracking compressor is ensured.
