摘 要:催化油浆的有效利用一直是炼化企业的一大难题。将催化油浆送至焦化装置掺炼已成为普遍做法。随着低硫重质船用燃料油需求增加,为降低低硫重质船用燃料油的调合成本,中国石油化工股份有限公司镇海炼化分公司新建一套200 kt/a催化油浆脱固设施,采用无机陶瓷膜过滤技术净化催化油浆。净化后的油浆可根据硫含量直接调合低硫重质船用燃料油或送至沸腾床渣油加氢装置,浓缩油浆送至焦化装置,无机陶瓷膜过滤技术成功应用于工业实践中。Effective use of catalytic cracking slurry resources has been a great problem for the refinery enterprise. It has become a common practice to send catalytic cracking slurry to coking unit for blending. As the increasing demand for heavy marine fuel oil with low sulfur content, SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company has built a new set of 0.2 MM TPY catalytic slurry solids removal facility in order to reduce the low sulfur heavy bunker fuel cost of blending. It usesd inorganic ceramic membrane filtration technology to purify catalytic slurry. The purified slurry can be directly mixed with low sulfur heavy marine fuel oil according to the sulfur content or sent to the residue hydrogenation unit of the fluidized bed, and the concentrated slurry is sent to the coking unit. Inorganic ceramic membrane filtration technology has been successfully applied in industrial practice.
