摘  要:中国石化工程建设有限公司与南京工大釜鼎能源技术有限公司基于膜射流乳化理论、“微爆”理论和“分子聚集与解聚”理论,联合开发了催化裂化原料非均相乳化及高效雾化技术,显著增强重油催化裂化进料雾化效果,改善产品分布。该技术在中国石化荆门分公司2.80Mt/a重油催化裂化装置成功应用,标定结果表明装置液化石油气收率提高0.66百分点,汽油收率提高0.46百分点,液化石油气+汽油收率合计提高1.12百分点,柴油产率降低2.12百分点,装置柴汽比由0.360降低到0.308,显著提高重油催化裂化装置经济效益。非均相乳化及高效雾化技术对催化裂化装置汽油、柴油和油浆等产品的性质基本没有影响。Based on membrane jet emulsification theory,micro-explosion theory and molecular aggregation and depolymerization theory,SINOPEC Engineering Incorporation and Nanjing Gongda Fuding Energy Technology Co.,Ltd.developed FCC feedstock heterogeneous emulsification and high-efficiency atomization technologies,which could significantly enhance the atomization effect of RFCC feed and improve reaction product distribution.The technology has been successfully applied to the 2.8 MM TPY RFCC unit of SINOPEC Jingmen Branch.The calibration results show that the LPG and gasoline yields of the unit are increased by 0.66 percentage points and 0.46 percentage points respectively,the total yield of LPG and gasoline is increased by 1.12 percentage points,the diesel yield is reduced by 2.12 percentage points,and the diesel gasoline ratio of the unit is reduced from 0.360 to 0.308,which significantly improves the economic benefits of RFCC unit.Heterogeneous emulsification and high-efficiency atomization technologies have little effect on the properties of gasoline,diesel and slurry in FCC unit.
