摘 要:中国石油化工股份有限公司九江分公司300kt/a烷基化装置采用了中国石油大学(北京)开发的新型复合离子液体烷基化技术,在装置试运行期间,复合离子液体催化剂因各种原因多次出现失活现象,导致装置连续运行不足一个月时间。经过不断摸索,研究分析催化剂失活前后系统反应温升、循环异丁烷中烯烃含量以及烷基化油产品干点和氯含量等关键指标变化,提出针对原料杂质类别及含量控制、合适反应烷烯比、酸烃比、叔丁基氯和活性剂加入量等导致催化剂失活因素的对策,从而大幅减少了离子液体催化剂失活现象,装置在后半年基本实现了低负荷稳定运行,为复合离子液体烷基化工艺技术发展提供了宝贵生产经验。SINOPEC first adopted the new composite ionic liquid alkylation technology developed by China University of Petroleum(Beijing)in the 0.3 MM TPY alkylation unit of SINOPEC Jiujiang Company.During the trial operation of the unit,the composite ionic liquid catalyst was deactivated for many times for various reasons,resulting in the continuous operation of the unit for less than one month.Through continuous exploration,the changes of key indexes such as system reaction temperature rise,olefin content in circulating isobutane,dry point and chlorine content of alkane oil products before and after catalyst deactivation were studied and analyzed.The countermeasures for the factors leading to catalyst deactivation such as feedstock impurity category and content control,appropriate reaction paraffin olefin ratio,acid hydrocarbon ratio,tert-butyl chlorine and active agent addition were put forward,so as to greatly reduce the deactivation of ionic liquid catalyst.The unit basically realized low load and stable operation in the second half of the year,providing valuable production experience for the development of composite ionic liquid alkylation process technology.
