摘 要:碱性吸收剂喷射脱除SO_(3)技术是一种利用碱性吸收剂与烟气中SO_(3)发生酸碱中和反应将其脱除的技术,其对SO_(3)的脱除效率较高且可以缓解脱硝催化堵塞及下游设备腐蚀等问题。对比研究了几种碱性吸收剂对烟气中SO_(3)的脱除效果。实验结果表明:按一定比例复配而成的混合吸收剂比单一吸收剂对SO_(3)有更好的脱除能力,适当提高反应时间和反应温度有利于改善对SO_(3)的脱除效果。为保证碱性吸收剂喷射系统对烟气中SO_(3)的脱除效果和稳定运行,需要对吸收剂调配输送和喷射系统进行合理的工艺设计。Alkaline absorbent jet SO_(3) removal technology is a technology that uses the acid-base neutralization reaction between alkaline absorbent and SO_(3) in flue gas to remove SO_(3).It has high SO_(3) removal efficiency and can alleviate the problems of denitration catalytic blockage and downstream equipment corrosion.The removal effects of several alkaline absorbents on SO_(3) in flue gas are studied.The experimental results show that the mixed absorbent with a certain proportion has a better removal ability of SO_(3) than a single absorbent.Appropriately increasing the reaction time and temperature are conducive to improving the removal effect of SO_(3).In order to ensure the removal effect of SO_(3) from flue gas and the stable operation of the alkaline absorber injection system,it is necessary to make a reasonable process design for the alkali absorbent mixture,conveying and injection system.
