摘 要:从原理、反应条件、脱除效果、一次性投资费用、长周期运行费用等方面,对国内3种典型脱烯烃工艺(白土精制、分子筛脱烯烃和贵金属催化剂加氢脱烯烃)进行了比较。白土脱烯烃工艺一次性投资费用最低,长周期运行费用最高。贵金属催化剂联合白土脱烯烃工艺一次性投资费用最高,是白土脱烯烃工艺一次性投资费用的7.8倍;长期运行费用最低,且运行周期越长,经济效益越明显。从环保角度来看,选用贵金属催化剂联合白土脱烯烃技术方案每年可减少大量危险废物白土。综合对比后,选用贵金属催化剂联合白土脱烯烃技术方案。Three domestic typical olefin removal processes(clay refining, molecular sieve deolefin and hydrodeolefin with noble metal catalyst) are compared from the aspects of principle, reaction conditions, removal effect, one-time investment cost, long-term operation cost, etc. The one-time investment cost of clay deolefin process is the lowest and the long-term operation cost is the highest. The one-time investment cost of noble metal catalyst combined with clay deolefin process is the highest, which is 7.8 times of the one-time investment cost of clay deolefin process. But the long-term operation cost is the lowest and the longer the operation cycle, the more obvious the economic benefit. From the perspective of environmental protection, a large amount of hazardous waste clay can be reduced every year by selecting precious metal catalyst combined with clay olefin removal technology scheme. After comprehensive comparison, the technical scheme of noble metal catalyst combined with clay for olefin removal is selected.
