个体化减张整形术治疗鼻中隔偏曲的效果评价

摘　　要：目的分析和评价鼻中隔偏曲患者应用个体化减张整形术治疗的效果。方法选择本院自2019年1月至2019年12月收治的86例鼻中隔偏曲患者作为本次研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和研究组,每组43例,对照组患者采用传统黏膜下切除术治疗,研究组患者采用个体化减张整形术治疗,对比两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛评分、术后并发症发生率、治疗治疗有效率及对鼻中隔偏曲整形美观满意度评分。结果研究组患者手术时间显著长于对照组,研究组患者术中出血量、术后疼痛评分、术后并发症发生率均显著低于对照组,研究组患者治疗治疗有效率、对鼻中隔偏曲整形美观满意度评分均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻中隔偏曲患者应用个体化减张整形术治疗的效果显著。Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of individualized reduction and plastic surgery in patients with nasal septum deviation.Methods A total of 86 patients with deviated nasal septum who were admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and the patients were divided into a control group and a research group by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group and the control group.The patients in the group were treated with traditional submucosal resection,and the patients in the study group were treated with individualized tensor plastic surgery.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative pain score,postoperative complication rate,and total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.And the aesthetic satisfaction score of nasal septum deviated plastic surgery.Results The operation time of the patients in the study group was significantly longer than that in the control group.The amount of intraoperative blood loss,postoperative pain score,and the incidence of postoperative complications in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The aesthetic satisfaction scores of plastic surgery were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of individualized reduction and plastic surgery in the treatment of patients with deviated nasal septum is significant,which is worthy of promotion.
