自体颗粒脂肪移植在面部凹陷填充中的临床应用及疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析面部凹陷使用自体颗粒脂肪移植填充治疗的效果。方法选择本科室收治的90例面部凹陷病患为研究主体,2016年8月研究开始,并于2020年6月完成。依据随机抽签法将所有病患划分成(45例)的常规组以及(45例)的试验组,予以常规组病患透明质酸钠填充治疗,予以试验组病患自体颗粒脂肪移植治疗。对比每组病患并发症出现率、近期以及远期治疗效果、满意度。结果试验组与常规组病患并发症总出现率依次是4.44%、26.67%,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组与常规组病患近期治疗有效率依次是84.44%、80.00%,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);远期治疗有效率依次是82.22%、62.22%,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组与常规组病患满意度依次是93.33%、71.11%,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论面部凹陷使用自体颗粒脂肪移植填充治疗,能够减少并发症,提高远期效果,提升病患满意度,发挥一定干预作用。Objective To analyze the effect of autologous fat granule transplantation in the treatment of facial depression.Methods A total of 90 patients with facial depression were enrolled in this study.The study began in August 2016 and was completed in June 2020.All patients were randomLy divided into two groups:(45 cases)regular group and(45 cases)experimental group,the patients in the regular group were treated with sodium hyaluronate and the patients in the experimental group were treated with autologous fat granule transplantation.The incidence of complications,short-term and long-term treatment outcomes,and satisfaction were compared in each group.Results The total incidence of complications was 4.44% in experimental group and 26.67% in routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The short-term total effective rate in the two groups was 84.44% and 80.00%(P>0.05),and the long-term total effective rate was 82.22% and 62.22%(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of patients in the experimental group and the routine group were 93.33% and 71.11% respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of autologous fat granule transplantation in facial depression can reduce complications,improve long-term results,improve patient satisfaction,and play a role in intervention.
