预见性护理对CT增强扫描造影剂外渗预防及患者护理满意度探究

摘　　要：目的探究预见性护理对CT增强扫描造影剂外渗预防及其对患者护理满意度的影响。方法选取郑州大学第一附属医院于2020年2月至2021年5月进行CT增强扫描的患者,共106例,运用随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,各53例。为对照组患者进行常规护理干预,研究组患者则采用预见性护理干预,扫描结束后,观察并比较两组患者造影剂的外渗情况,记录两组患者不良反应发生情况,同时对比两组患者扫描期间的依从情况和对护理工作的满意情况。结果护理后,研究组患者造影剂外渗率为5.66%,较对照组的18.87%低(P<0.05);研究组患者不良反应发生率为3.78%,明显比对照组的15.09%低(P<0.05);研究组患者扫描期间依从率为98.11%,比对照组的86.79%高(P<0.05);研究组与对照组护理满意度分别为96.23%和83.02%,其对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理可有效减少CT增强扫描造影剂外渗情况的发生,并能控制患者不良反应发生风险,提升患者检查期间的依从情况,对患者护理满意度的提高有重要意义,应用价值较高。Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing care on the prevention of media extravasation in contrast-enhanced CT scan and the patients satisfaction with nursing care.Methods A total of 106 patients who underwent enhanced CT scan in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from February to 2021 in 2020 were divided into study group and control group by random number table,53 cases each.The patients in the study group were given predictive nursing intervention.After scanning,the extravasation of contrast media was observed and compared between the two groups,and the occurrence of adverse reactions was recorded,at the same time,the compliance and satisfaction of nursing work of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the extravasation rate of contrast medium in the study group was 5.66%,which was lower than that of the control group(18.87%,P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 3.78%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(15.09%,P<0.05).The compliance rate of the study group was 98.11%,which was higher than that of the control group(86.79%,P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction rate of the study group and the control group was 96.23% and 83.02%,respectively,which had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing can effectively reduce the extravasation of contrast medium in contrast-enhanced CT scan,control the risk of adverse reaction and enhance the compliance of patients during the examination,which is of great significance to the improvement of patient satisfaction with nursing care,the application value is higher.
