护理风险管理对乳腺癌新辅助化疗患者的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的探究在乳腺癌新辅助化疗中,护理风险管理的应用效果。方法筛查于河南省人民医院近1年收治的乳腺癌患者中选取接受新辅助化疗的60例资料进行实验分析,根据入院先后差异,分为病患数相同的对照组和试验组,就两组管理后的应用效果进行对比分析。结果对照组和试验组在护理风险事件发生率上数据结果分别为23.3%和6.7%,其中试验组下降幅度更低(P<0.05)。两组护理满意度比较,对照组和试验组数据结果分别为80.0%和96.7%,其中前者下降幅度更高(P<0.05)。试验组在护理质量评分、住院时间、患者依从性三项指标水平分别为(96.5±3.0)分、(7.1±1.0)d、(94.5±2.4)分,其中前者疗效更佳(P<0.05)。结论在乳腺癌患者新辅助化疗中护理风险管理的应用效果突出,具有极高的临床有效性,这对提高患者治疗和预后效果,以及提高其生活质量都具有重要意义。Objective To explore the effect of nursing risk management in breast cancer neoadjuvant chemotherapy.Methods A total of 60 breast cancer patients who received neoadjuvant chemotherapy in Henan People’s Hospital in recent one year were screened and analyzed.According to the difference of admission sequence,they were divided into the control group and the experimental group with the same number of patients,the application effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The incidence of nursing risk events was 23.3% in the control group and 6.7% in the experimental group,and the decrease was lower in the experimental group(P<0.05).The data of the control group and the experimental group in nursing satisfaction were 80.0% and 96.7% respectively,and the former decreased more(P<0.05).The nursing quality score,length of stay in hospital and compliance of patients in the experimental group were(96.5±3.0),(7.1±1.0)and(94.5±2.4)respectively,and the former was better(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing risk management in neoadjuvant chemotherapy for patients with breast cancer is effective and highly effective,which is of great significance to improve the treatment and prognosis of patients and improve their quality of life.
