手术室中施行三级质控管理模式的价值探析

摘　　要：目的在临床手术室的护理中实施三级质控管理模式,分析该方法的应用价值。方法抽选河南省人民医院2019年4月至2020年1月手术室患者92例,均自愿参与,采用随机数字表法分组,每组46例,其中行常规质控管理模式的为对照组,行三级质控管理模式的为观察组,对比分析两组护理质量、护理效果、不良事件、患者满意度、手术室医生满意度。结果观察组各项护理质量指标评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组护理效果比较,观察组护理效果评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率8.70%低于对照组28.26%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组比较,观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术室医生满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论于手术室中实施三级质控管理,对临床护理工作有积极作用,可有效提高护理质量,改善护理效率,减少不良事件的发生,促使护理满意度提升,值得应用。Objective To explore the value of three-level quality control management mode in operating room.Methods A total of 92 patients in the operating room of our hospital from April 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,all of whom volunteered to participate.Patients were divided into two groups by random number table method,46 cases in each group.The control group received routine quality control management mode,and the observation group received three-level quality control management mode.Nursing quality,nursing effect,adverse events,patient satisfaction and operating room doctor satisfaction were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results The scores of nursing quality indexes in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05);Comparison of nursing effect between the two groups,observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group(8.70%)was lower than that in the control group(28.26%)(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of operating room doctors in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of three-level quality control management in the operating room has a positive effect on clinical nursing work,it can effectively improve nursing quality,improve nursing efficiency,reduce the occurrence of adverse events,promote the improvement of nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion.
